Travel Coordinates is an Australian owned, small business providing boutique travel service to our clients.  Based in the Gold Coast Hinterland of Reedy Creek, my clients come from all across Australia.

My goal is to share my love of travel and extensive travel experiences with you.  Paired with my inherent ability to coordinate, plan and organise.  There is no need for my clients to trouble themselves with the hassle of finding their Itinerary solution, or spending hours lost down the rabbit hole of endless online travel sites.  That’s where I come in.  Taking care of everything plus I give you the added security of knowing your booking is secure, with the assurance of trusted certified suppliers.  Plus you are helping to support a local Travel business here in Australia.

I am proud to offer personalised service that works around my clients schedule.  Mobile Travel Agents continue to emerge in the industry as agents adapt to the changing landscape and needs of our clients.  I am flexible with how I work – face-to-face or via Virtual catch-up, via email or via phone.  And not exclusively one over the other.  My communication skills ensure my clients are kept up-to-date and in the know with all relevant details of their holiday.  

My values cross over from personal life to business, with a strong focus on family-orientedness, Empathy, Trustworthiness and Ethics.  A large part of my business is based on client recommendations to their family, friends and colleagues as they know how well they will be looked after.  With honest, reliable and personable service that is consistent each and every time.

One of my strengths is organisation and planning.  I offer Itinerary consultations where I develop the formation of your upcoming holiday, offering my insight into your destination, itinerary length and the best sequence of your trip, including recommendations for International and Domestic flight options and on the ground logistics.  Armed with this information you can then decide to book unassisted, or proceed with booking with Travel Coordinates.

Itinerary Planning Fee: Starting from $150

Taking Care of Everything

As your single point of contact, I will manage your entire trip.  There are many advantages of this model.  I have full oversight of your booking to ensure each segment is created perfectly.  And importantly for you, I will take the time and stress out of planning and eliminate the confusion over who you need to contact for what.  With the added security of having me to call on in the event that something does not go to plan while you are away..

Following your Travel Design & Itinerary Consultation, I will fine tune your itinerary to suit your personalised travel needs and budget.  Providing pricing information and options for each segment of your trip.  Additional fees may apply pending on your particular itinerary.
